Thank you

I don't like those crutches I don't, what if my tail gets caught?

Thank you so much to everyone who sent mails and left comments over the past week. It has not been an easy time, however my foot is healing, and some work issues are being resolved. I have been so blessed by your kindness and checking in online has been a joy.
This beautiful ATC came from Genevieve, a West Aussie who surprised me by sending the ATC while generously sharing her stash of a fibre I particularly liked. Thanks Gen.
These three ATC's are all stunning, all different, and all one-of-a-kind they are the results of a swap with Debbi.
Debbi has her beautiful work published in almost every issue of Somerset Studio and I was so thrilled to be able to swap with her. Debbi is another West Aussie.

While my foot healed I stayed out of the art cave and read a stack of books, Harvey, however, maintained his rituals and spent part of each day watching the birds through the window, while keeping the arm of my chair warm.

You have been very much in my thoughts Julie (and Ronnie's too).Am pleased your foot is healing and that some work issues are being resolved.

The ATC's you received are beautiful. Debbi does such lovely work and the ATC from Genevieve is lovely. You Western Australians are a talented bunch!

My heart warms at the photo's of Harvey looking so at home and relaxed. He has come a long way with your love and support (and that of Mr Archer).

Am just inside after a 90 min walk and then a cuppa tea on my garden bench with the kitties. They are heaven in this warmer weather and they are doing lots of stretching and purring in the sun!

Much love to you sweetie - less than 6 months until I see you at the retreat in Melbourne(yippee).

Take good care

Dotee xoxo

Julie, I feel terrible! I haven't been doing much online lately and I just now came by to see what you were up to....and found out you were not doing so good!! I hope you're doing better and able to manuever the crutches. They aren't fun....I had to use them once and it was a real challenge! I'll be thinking of you and sending you good healing thoughts. Take care of yourself!!
