This cat collage/assemblage is a gift for a gorgeous friend. I have started making Christmas presents, for specific people, so I wonder which of my cat loving friends will receive this one in the mail?
Julie this is absolutely fabulous as a gift idea. Is that using one of Julie Van O's frames?? Did you paint it black and gold?? Way way cool. Your friend will love love love it.
this is an absolutely fantastic idea...putting together all the square collages and then framing them as one!!! the receiver of this gift will no doubt be THRILLED! love it.
this looks fab.. so nice.. I like the fishbone detail.... so neat.. in there.. and I also like ..the letting go post..people are always affraid of letting go don't they.. but there will be newcomers.. feelings and persons.. thanks for reminding this.. enjoy..
i was just back for a visit this morning and I saw the fishbones...I dont think I noticed the same way before. They are so cute. The perfect accent on this collage ! the beauty mark ! it adds the best touch of whimsy to it. Chuckling..that is really cute.
Julie, this is specky! I like the close up cat face - true cat personality, 'I love you but I'm a little scary' lol. Re the head shave - it was the charity 'shave for a day' personally I loved having no hair but most people assumed that you were sick so it was hard to have people in your face staring. and ... Nat this is a JVO frame, got to love them. The outside is painted in bark (brown) glossy acrylic and the insert is a Jo Sonja gel.
