I really enjoyed making this piece which features a Turkish silver teaspoon handle; and yes, the bowl end will appear in some jewellery soon. I finally bought a jewellery saw this week and it has made cutting pieces like this so easy - amazing what a blade 1mm wide can cut.I am enamoured with these little pieces of smoothed rock, and the way they contrast with glass and crystal. I sold the last one, but am planning on wearing this one myself.

That spoon handle is perfect as a pendant! Those rocks are so interesting and they look great with the copper. You should keep that one for yourself.
Julie your jewelery making is amazing--so professional in the making.
Beautiful creations Julie, the necklace is very unique, I love the stone on that.
Just love that necklace Julie, very clever using a spoon handle of all things. I can't wait to see some of your work 'in person'.

Hi Julie!
I love what you did with the spoon handle. I bet it hangs beautifully.
I know what you mean about what you "should be doing" as opposed to creating. It happens to me every day!!!
I LOVE this necklace Julie! And the spoon handle looks great. Am glad you bought yourself a jewelry saw. You are creating such professional jewelry these days tha I am sure you will get a lot of user out of it.

Julie I'm in total awe of you!! I received my goodies today and they are even more wonderful in the 'flesh'.... I have a friends daughter who turns 24 tom night, so I'm thinking I may give her one of these gorgeous bracelets (if I can bear to part with one) for a gift. So awesome!! Thanks heaps. big hugs Natxx
